WE ARE HAPPY TO OFFER REFUNDS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PURCHASE, PROVIDING NO ALTERATIONS OR CUSTOMISATION HAS BEEN MADE TO THE DRESS AND IT IS IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS SOLD.

IF THERE HAVE BEEN ANY CHANGES MADE SINCE PURCHASE, EITHER BY OURSELVES ON BEHALF OF THE BRIDE, OR BY THE BRIDE (INCLUDING ALTERATIONS TO FIT OR CHANGES TO THE STYLE) THEN WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON DRESSES.
